We welcomed more than 40 staff and volunteers from both our organization and from Puentes de Salud to celebrate the four year anniversary of our partnership. Guests connected with each other, shared their important roles in the work, and reflected on the what it has meant to be involved. Together, we have provided over 14,000 bags of groceries, enough to fill a basketball court six times over and more than 14 tons of food!

We would also thank the Philadelphia Inquirer for their thoughtful coverage of this event and our partnership, which can be read here.

We welcomed more than two dozen friends, neighbors, and collaborators for our first Partnership Breakfast. The event was not only a chance for us to share our mission and goals with a diverse group of supporters, but also an opportunity for many of our partners to meet and find new connections between themselves.

Thank you to everyone who came to our Books and Bao event with Kat Zhang (and for supporting our autumn food drive!) We had great time reading from Amy Wu and the Perfect Bao, then we learned how to make a vegetarian version of the steamed treats. Special thanks to our friends Asian Food Collective and A Novel Idea Bookstore for their help making it such a great day!
